Job Description

We are now looking for a trained and experienced cleaner with PRYL 2.0 certification who also has the ability to work with administrative tasks and digital monitoring.

The position combines operational cleaning with responsibility for planning, documentation, and quality monitoring.

Operational Tasks

• Daily and periodic cleaning

• Floor care (manual and mechanical)

• Window cleaning and deep cleaning

• Handling of chemicals according to safety regulations

• Quality controls of completed work

• Introduction of new employees as needed

Administrative and Digital Tasks

• Documentation of cleaning assignments in digital systems

• Schedule planning and reporting

• Monitoring of customer agreements and quality requirements

• Use of Excel for reports and summaries

• Inventory management and ordering of materials via digital systems

• Communication with customers via email and operational systems

• Participation in improvement work and streamlining of work routines

Qualifications

• PRYL 2.0 certification

• Documented experience in professional cleaning

• Experience in mechanical floor care

• Good knowledge of hygiene requirements and cleaning standards

• Good administrative skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Familiarity with digital planning or operational systems

• Good organizational skills

• Service-oriented and good communication skills

• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in team leadership or team responsibility

• Experience in quality monitoring within cleaning or service

• Driver's license B
